FAQ

Making a lifestyle change to better health is a commitment.  We will answer any questions you have before you start our program.  Here are some of the most frequently asked.  Please email us with any additional information you may need.

Will This Work For Me?

Yes.It works for everyone.  We approach the body as a whole to achieve optimal health.  Because of our approach, people see remarkable changes in various symptoms they are experiencing and as a result, one of the magnificent benefits to a healthy body is fat burning.  People will lose weight and feel better.

Can I Do It?

Yes you can.  Because people are suffering from inflammation due to the standard American diet, the body is in a state of “craving” things.  Therefore, willpower is very low.  Once we reduce the inflammation and provide the body with proper nutrition, cravings decrease and willpower increases.  Additionally, with us providing you the guidelines and holding you accountable, it is a recipe for success.

How are you different than any other weight loss program?

We focus on getting the body the healthiest it has ever been.  When that happens, the extra pounds come off safely and naturally to your optimal weight.

Who will I be dealing with?

Dr. Jack Saia, a Functional Nutritionist, will be your coach throughout the program.  You will have access to ask him any questions you have as you go through the program.  What other Dr. can you call or email directly and get a personal response?

What If I Cannot Make the Weekly Class Webinar?

Don’t worry, each class is recorded for you to view on your own schedule.

Should I Stop Taking My Medication?

No, you should not stop taking any prescription medication on your own.  I will tell you that many people are able to significantly decrease if not come off their medications after going through this program.

Do I Have to Take Supplements?

People often ask me if they can do the program without the supplements. The answer is…no. I keep the supplement cost separate from the cost of the program because there are many people that have an affiliation with a specific company and would like to use their product. However, these supplements must be of a high quality without the addition of fillers.

The supplement industry is not regulated in any way. Therefore, companies that do not have the consumer’s health in their best interest, will find ways to cut corners on quality. In fact, supplements are only required to be 50% of what they say they are and there are no guidelines that say it has to be of a certain quality. Therefore, most of the supplements you purchase at a drug store or department store are oftentimes filled with substandard/poor quality nutrients and toxic fillers. Be particularly on the lookout forSilicon Dioxide (fiberglass/sand) and Di-potassium phosphate (fertilizer).

The majority of time someone enters our program, they need help to get their body healthy. The dietary changes we give them, along with the supplementation, are used to “break the body down” and “build it back up” simultaneously. More often than not, the supplement protocol is necessary to repair decades of damage to the body.

So, yes, supplements are necessary. But, they need to be high quality, whole food supplements. If you have supplements you would like to use and have questions on whether or not they meet the whole food standard, I am more than happy to take a look and discuss them with you. If you do not have a supplement company that you are familiar with, I highly recommend that you purchase the Solutions 4 products from drsaia.com.
