Dr. Saia

As a leader in natural health, Dr. Saia has been providing healthcare services for nearly two decades. He fervently aspires to transform the lives of individuals and families by providing superior guidance on how to alter the momentum of one’s health in a positive direction.

A practicing chiropractor in Western New York for more than 17 years, Dr. Saia treated many people for traditional musculoskeletal type conditions. He realized that the excess weight many of his patients carried would not allow them to truly get well. The weight needed to come off, but the standard advice for weight loss would not help them achieve lasting results.

This led him to begin studies with the Functional Medicine University. Through his studies and incorporating unique nutrition protocols, Dr. Saia founded and built the premier weight loss clinic in Western New York. Inner Health & Wellness has helped his patients lose the weight and, even more importantly, achieve the healthy results they sought.

His remarkable background in functional nutrition, detoxification therapy, cellular healing and chiropractic, empower him to deliver successful treatment procedures for chronic problems as well as complex conditions.

With a specialty focus of healing the body at the cellular level, Dr. Saia frequently travels throughout the United States learning cutting edge treatment for the most chronic problems facing our society.

As a functional nutrition practitioner for the past five years, Dr. Saia has consulted with patients from as far away as Alaska. This consulting experience is what led to the development of PartnerToHealth.com, an online coaching endeavor. By combining the most current information and personal step by step directions, Dr. Saia has seen his patients rid their bodies of unwanted weight and become healthier as a result.

Dr. Saia is the author of the book The Health Care Paradigm Shift … Becoming Proactive About Your Health. This book emphasizes the importance of taking charge of your health and how the traditional health care paradigm is not focused on health care, but disease care.

Dr. Saia was born and raised in Elmira Heights, NY, is a 1989 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics and a 1998 graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate. He spent 26 years as a military pilot, mostly with the New York Air National Guard at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in September 2011.

Kathy Leckey

Kathy has been a teacher, an entrepreneur, and a business consultant for the past 20 years.    Kathy grew up in Niagara Falls, NY, graduated from S.U.N.Y. at Cortland with a B.S in Elementary Education and a minor is Psychology.  After college, she lived in Madison, CT  where she was an active parent, coach and community builder.  She has volunteered for many service organizations such as the American Red Cross Disaster Relief, Madison Alcohol and Drug Education Coalition, H2ope Water Foundation.  Inspired by her children’s actions, she founded Ucan2, a not for profit organization that engaged young children in service.

Family brought her  back to WNY where she met Dr. Saia and knew right away that he was a pioneer in bringing a natural health and wellness solution to the people around them.  She is proud to have partnered with Dr. Saia to bring his coaching services to an online community eliminating the barriers of distance, convenience and affordability for people to have access to his programs.

Kathy is also a Dr. Saia Coaching success story.  Thankfully, she didn’t have a serious health concern, but she wanted to be healthier and knew that her “pretty healthy” eating habits had a lot of room for improvement.   After many years of struggling with mood swings, sugar and caffeine addictions and the inability to lose weight, she wanted an alternative to medication and fad diets.

For years she tried to eat better relying on self control and always felt defeated when it didn’t last more than a day or two. After a healthy smoothie in the morning, and a salad for lunch, she would binge eat whatever was available in the afternoon before dinner.  She laughs, now, telling the story of when her children would look for  left over cookies or cake in the house, that she had already eaten and she would blame it on the dog getting up on the counter! She even joined a sugar addicts support group where they tried to fight sugar “One day at a time”.

Now, after learning how to get her body healthy and naturally eliminating the cravings, she feels great, has more energy, her skin is clear, hair and nails are stronger and she lost the weight she wanted to.

Kathy’s passion is helping others, so if you have any questions about the classes or have any technical difficulties, you can call  or email Kathy for help.
